The glasses themselves are great. The optometrist was excellent.. The big problem is the front desk secretary was not customer oriented. At the desk, when I asked for adjustment she took my glasses and bent them from crisp right angles ‘|_|’ to a ‘U’ shape with her bare hands resulting in me being unable to see depth nor left or right properly. I was expecting measurements, a precise look at the ear and nose to see if they fit, but I received none of that. Now, I'm left with new crooked glasses that have one leg in the air when set down. I asked for more adjustments and explained the problem, but I was not satisfied. I can bend my own glasses like that, and I did bend them back to normal after the dissatisfying visit, however, I wanted a professional fit and wasn't treated so. Disappointing customer service for such a highly rated place.

I was greeted by someone named Minuet as soon as I walked in and she helped me pick out the perfect glasses! I love them! And Minuet was so professional and nice, it's honestly the best customer service I've had in a long time!

I rarely leave bad reviews, in fact I usually do not leave reviews at all but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I came here a few years ago to get two pairs of glasses, one reading pair and one pair of sunglasses, through my work benefits. I was charged $500, the total was $1200, so still not that bad ... right? Also please keep in mind, I asked them to explain my benefits and they told me I have good benefits and get whatever I wanted. I trusted the wrong people. What upset me most is that I went somewhere else today and got three pairs of glasses including more expensive brands like Ray-Ban, Spy, and another designer pair with all the upgraded lens options, and I was only charged $160. Please go to KELVIN S. SUE, O.D. 1200 K STREET STE 6, SACRAMENTO instead. Based on my experience, if you are a government employee, I would be careful about going here. It does not seem like they know how to properly apply government employee vision benefits.
