The custom açai bowl was good, but a small cup-sized bowl for $14 is very overpriced compared to the quantity and quality, and worst of all, I found hair and bugs at the bottom of my bowl 😬

Quality of food/fruit is fresh, staff was good - as long as you don’t expect to achieve or add to your vitality. The amount of sugar in their menu items is crazy. The Vitality Bowl ‘base’ (before toppings) has 28 grams of sugar. I had the chia base and it had 11g & most if not all toppings add more carbs & sugar on top of that. Might as well drink a coke.
Opinion Worth a Thought
We ordered the Mighty Med Salad (with steak) and Power Pesto Chicken Bowl. The food tasted good, especially the pesto sauce. Vegetables in the salad were fresh. The only thing that bothered us was the time it took to prepare their orders. The place didn't seem busy, but each customer waited at least 15 minutes before getting their order. In addition, plastic containers/utensils were used for dine-orders as well. I'm not a fan of that practice

Expensive when compared to other acai bowl stores. We tried their Power panini, Avocado toast, Acai bowls. Taste doesn't match the price. Overall 3/5.

Fantastic service, very friendly and lovely, relaxing place to have a meal. I like the music they put on and the decor. My toddler was very happy with the smoothie bowl and they have great Paninis and gluten-free bread! Any substitutions or changes I asked for were happily accommodated and we liked how clean and comfortable it was. We will definitely go back!
