I used to be a big Barry’s Bootcamp girl. That class has nothing on the Vitality conditioning classes!!! Highly recommend those for HIIT! The strength training protocols here are top notch and programmed very well 💪💪

Okay, this is a brand new business venture by a former co-owner of the Acadamy training center downtown. Much cleaner space, modern equipment, attentive trainers, and packed morning classes. Not a gigantic space, but definitely able to pack in equipment thoughtfully with space in the middle for group floor workouts. Definitely worth my money.

First—thank you. Vitality's membership is the next best thing to having a personal trainer. Bryan's (owner) eye for detail is impeccable, from the facility's setup to trainers to his evidence-based programming. I always leave feeling like an athlete. Shout out to Omero’s 12 PM classes! His intentional, "mind controls muscle" approach will have you training smarter, not harder. I've made meaningful gains in power and strength with Omero’s help, locking into what muscle group I'm working and how to feel the difference between a controlled muscle stretch and a muscle contraction. "Get your mind right," remember "everything is a core exercise," and "control the down!" If your goal is to get strong and feel confident—he'll support you 1000%.
