When my dog Ace was five months old, I began taking him to the Wag Hotel. I was first quite reluctant to leave my puppy alone for a three-day boarding, but the agent reassured me that he would receive the best care. We got reminders about meals, workers taking pictures of him, and having access to play cams all day. Ace was thrilled with his first visit. We returned to the daycare multiple times. Every time we have brought our dog here, it has been the finest and the end of the day he is exhausted from all the play time with his fur friends. We'll keep returning. Thank you Wag Hotel!

Love this company, and so does Winter. The staff is all super kind and ask detailed questions about care of your pet. They send update photos every day for the all day play which is something I really appreciate. We had a bad experience at Petsmart pet hotels so I’m happy we found this company.

Rita groomed my dog Medusa and she was great. The haircut looked exactly how I wanted and Medusa came out relaxed and clean. Rita was gentle and patient and it really showed. This was one of the best grooming experiences we have had. I highly recommend her!!

We love Wag Hotels! Our 2 dogs enjoy weekly daycare and regular boarding when we head out of town. I love that they send us pics/ memories from daycare - it's such a highlight and so cute! When boarding, we love the web cam and report card after their stay. The staff truly cares about our dogs and knows their quirks - they're amazing! Highly recommend - thank u guys!

The information and service was fast and easy. My son graduated from the Marines and our fur baby was traveling with us (as she always does) but found out that pets were not allowed on base. I was able to find them close to the military base and book our baby's reservation, I just forwarded her shot records through email. They provided me with different options and activities to choose from, with full daily report of baby and even though my services were free for the 2 daycare stays the prices were not at all over the top expensive. The facility was spacious and clean and everyone was friendly.
