I hired this despicable service and the "sitter" I hired to stay for the duration of my dinner had left my dog alone. I came back from dinner and my dog had been left alone on a couch that she could not get off of. My dog was trembling and afraid. I have hired sitters all over the world for almost twenty years (for this dog and my last dog) and have NEVER experienced this. A sitter leaving before you get home????? Completely unacceptable NEVER trust your beloved pet to this horrible service!!! ZERO stars. I am furious!

Great service! My dogs Charlie and Lucy love their daily walks, and the walkers are always punctual, friendly, and communicative. I received photo updates after every visit, and the routes were varied enough to keep my pups engaged. Highly recommend for anyone in Miami looking for a reliable dog walker. The absolute best !

I have been using Waggy Tail since I moved to Miami and they are absolutely fantastic! The owner Michelle is phenomenal and super responsive and so personable (even coordinated with my schedule to exchange keys and even cared for my pet on several occasions!). The pet sitters are also all so kind and attentive and respectful. They always go above and beyond to take care of my pet and also my home. I've always been very anxious to leave my pet in the care of other people but they are so responsive, extra communicative, super accommodating to work around your needs, send so many pictures/videos, and all around everyone is so so incredibly nice and cares for my pet as if they were their own. Truly cannot recommend this company enough, I'm very grateful to have peace of mind when traveling.

Waggy tails is truly one of the most trustworthy company’s with incredible, loving, and loyal women who just want to take care of your dog and love them like your own. I had the pleasure of having Natalie watch Mia for the first time while we were away at our place, and she did a remarkable job. She kept our house clean and Mia was so happy when we got back. I can tell Mia really enjoyed her time with Natalie. Would recommend to anyone who needs a dog walker or a dog sitter.
