The girls at Wags and Washes are without doubt amazing! Both my springers are quite nervous but Echo has created a such a loving bond with them that they are now more than happy to be left with her for their monthly groom appointment. They go in looking like strays and come out smelling and looking great. My female ‘Molly’ requires support standing for long periods as she has arthritis, this isn’t a problem at W&W the girls always make sure Molly is happy and comfortable. We followed Echo when she moved from Widnes to Liverpool, the extra mileage is a small price to pay to ensure my dogs are happy to be groom. Echo really does care for the dogs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else (well not unless she moves 🤣 ). Molly and Bob love you Echo. Thank for taking such care and making my babies always look fab.

I have been going here for ljust over a year as echo has been doing my 3 little dogs since they were puppies and I would be so lost without her grooming them all. So I would recommend them to anyone friends family so if you are thinking of giving them a try i would do friendly to. My 3 love going there and come out smelling wonderful and I only have to say what I want once and next time they visit they know

I've been taking my dog, Benji. He loves it and comes out smellying lovely and is soft and silky. They really listen to what I want and do just that. Even when I ask them to check his anal glands, they do it. He is amazing after he goes there. He drags me towards the door and always gets a fuss.

After another groomer ruined my poms fur by shaving it I thought we would never get her back to how she was. I’ve now been taking Astrid to Lauren for many years. She is an excellent groomer and knows exactly how to take care of my Pom and has managed to get her fur back to it’s original state. She always does a fantastic job, never rushes always takes her time and Astrid absolutely loves it when we turn up to her place. I would 1000% recommend Lauren to any dog owner, and especially Pom owners who worry about their fur. I would not take my Pom to anyone else because I know she’s safe in Lauren’s hands
