You'd think a place call Walk In would accept walk-ins, but they don't. I was told I am unable to get my hair cut without an appointment.

Unfortunately Ann did not know how to do GelX despite my ability to make an appointment with her. I had to walk her through how to fix her application. She left air pockets on six on my fingers. She mentioned towards the end (well into us trying to fix the nails) that she is only comfortable with acrylic. Cuts on sides of my cuticles, pinky nail lifting three hours after appointment, and pain from endless filing. Super disappointing they allow booking services their artists aren’t comfortable with!

This was my first time here I just came to get my toes painted and they recommended gel so I tried it and got French white tips and I absolutely loved them my girl Noelle did such a amazing job definitely recommend her !
