I love WFMT because you can carve your own path into how you want to enjoy Muay Thai. If you just want the exciting and dynamic fitness in bag classes and strength training, you can come for that. If you want to get more serious, learn techniques, spar etc. you can do that too. The staff and members are all friendly and are ready to get you to your next level.

Love this gym. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, there is something for you. I personally am a beginner and all of the coaches are knowledgeable and have been extremely helpful in every class. They have many options for classes and you can find something to fit your schedule. I have only been going for a few weeks and have already lost over 10 pounds and feel extremely confident in my fundamental skills that are being built upon in every class.
