I found this place after doing some research online to check into a watch I just purchased. I wanted to ensure it was authentic as well as serviced and functioning correctly. The prices are fair, even a little less than I expected to spend for this service. The employees are nice as well as honest, I asked to learn a bit more about my new to me Rolex and the person doing the inspection came to the counter a few times to educate me and to explain what they saw and how it functioned. Great service!

We are so very happy with the Sevice we receive at Watchmaker TM. My husband received this watch upon his graduation from high school in 1965 and with the passage of time a part failed and it got put away for about 50 years. We finally decided to research repair possibilities and after finding out other watch repair shops were unable to do the work or acquire needed parts we found Watchmaker TM . They kept us up to date on the time line of repair and parts needed. It took awhile but the wait was worth it. They informed us of the value of this rare model and we could not be happier. Their work was professional, courteous and trustworthy. Very highly recommended. I only wish I had a before picture but unfortunately I could not find one.
