Easy to access and easy to use. I got a subscription since we use it every two weeks and it has definitely paid for itself. The free vacuum access is great too. You don’t have to use the car wash to access them, but the wash is good, so why not get the interior and exterior done. There are microfiber towels available to everyone that uses the service, giving you the opportunity to get those last little spots dry that the air dryers missed.

First time I’ve ever gave a business a 1 star. I was out of town trying to cancel my membership well before the deadline. I could never reach anyone by phone and I couldn’t cancel online because I didn’t have my fast pass number. I went to this location in person after I was charged. Staff canceled the membership however told me they will do nothing about the $35.00 and will not refund it. Definitely do not recommend.

Try to avoid getting monthly memberships to this place. They seem to be closed one or two times per week for repairs. I'm switching membership to a newer and more reliable competitor.

Had a membership 2 years ago and canceled because the quality was horrible. I decided to give it a second chance this month only to be upset with the quality of service again. My rims and hood of the vehicle are filthy, soap on the roof, and water still remains on my car. Upgrade or do repairs to the machines at this wash.

After signing up for the most expensive membership during their grand opening promotion, I decided to discontinue my membership. The reason is because the car wash is not capable of providing a great wash. It leaves the skirt of my car, curvature, and nooks and crannies still dirty. The blow dryers are also not adequate. Having been to many competing car washes in San Antonio throughout my life, I have to say that this car wash ranks poorly compared to others despite this being a new location. This car wash also seems to have less cleaning equipment and spends the least amount of time cleaning your car compared to the other drive thru competitors. I’m disappointed as I had high hopes during this grand opening. I find myself having to step out of my car to do a great deal of drying and cleaning parts of my car that were missed as a result of this poor service.
