Lovely bookstore but the café is the star of the show here! Always my go-to place to catch up with friends and family since it’s dog-friendly. They have their own coffee blend which is DELICIOUS and the staff are all delightful 🌟

staff was helpful to describe a book I was asking about. beautiful friendly service at the till too. But the cafe wasn't desirable. It had a canteen vibe to it, rather than a cozy cafe within a book shop that us book lover seek for

A large Waterstones full of endless books, how could it not be 5 stars?! We visited to see the ACOTAR display and it did not disappoint. Staff were very helpful and friendly, going to find a book for us in the back that had ran out on the shelves. The cafe is a lovely little area where you can read to yourself or have a chat over your food. We literally visited Liverpool to go to this Waterstones and will most likely do it again.

I looove this shop! There is 2 massive floors and a large cafe upstairs. The staff were very friendly and polite and the amount of books is just amazing! The cookbook section alone was huge so I was really happy spending an hour here and then chilling with an oatmilk chai latte. The cafe staff were very friendly too. The whole place is wheelchair accessible and pram friendly with lifts up to the 1st floor. There's also toilets available for wheelchair users. The baby changing table is in the ladies toilet. Toilets were very clean but no tissue in my cubicle 😬 I loved how they were selling the Liverpool edition of the Horrible Histories books and of course had to buy one. There was some really unique and quirky gifts, wrapping paper, cards and toys. I have to be honest and say I was shocked by how expensive everything was generally but nice if you want to treat yourself or a loved one. It's an amazing peaceful space in the heart of a very busy city and I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Liverpool.
