Angelica is truly amazing at what she does. I’m extremely particular about my eyebrows, and for the longest time it felt impossible to find someone who could get them just right. Most people either over-shape them, make them too thin, or don’t really understand how to work with my natural brow shape. Angelica is one of the very few who not only listens, but genuinely understands how to enhance them without taking too much away. Every single time I see her, she gets them perfect. The shape is always balanced, clean, and flattering to my face. She pays attention to detail and never rushes the process. I also love that she’s consistent , I never have to worry about walking out unsure. I fully trust her. On top of her talent, she’s professional, kind, and makes the whole experience comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re someone who struggles to find a brow artist who actually gets it right, Angelica is the one. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows!

Angelica is hands down the best waxer I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to the wax spot for more than 7 years and I recognize great customer service when I experience it. Angelica’s work has always been consistent and the entire team reflects the brand well and what it means to consistently deliver exceptional customer service . ETA- changing it to 1 star because she had the nerve to blame be in her response. I am attaching the photo of the charge which my bank denied a dispute on because it was a “valid charge”. I even included the reference number when sent to her and she still just told me to “talk to me bank” as if I’m stupid and can’t clearly see the charge on my statement attributed to her business. And, yes I am STILL mad about her stealing from me after I’ve always treated her team well. I don’t care how little it was. Christie is legitimately the best waxer in Houston and Diane is great too. That’s the only reason there are even two stars. Unfortunately, their system charged me incorrectly during some technical problems they were having and Angelica chose to lose me as a client instead of making it right. I can’t support a business owner who chooses $40 over a consistent client that treats their team well. She never even bothered responding to my last email. Such a disappointment.

Love this place! I regularly schedule with Diane, but I've also gone to Angelica and Christie. You can't go wrong with any of the estheticians here. Updating since it’s been a while. Still 5 Stars! Love this place and these ladies ❤️
