First, and foremost, I appreciate a business who are responsive to voivemail messages. My call was returned within the same day, and an appointment was made. Unfortunately, the owner had an emergency on my original scheduled date, but he got me in on that following Monday. My service took place on Monday, September 22nd. I appreciate Micheal for working with me regarding the time of the furniture removal. He was very professional and courteous. Also, he gave a recommendation for my carpet to be cleaned (I asked), and that service was completed this morning. They too, did a phenomenal job.

10/10 Service!! I had a fantastic experience with WeHeartJunk! Micheal was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I initially called to inquire about a job but needed to confirm a few details before booking. When I called back, he was unavailable at first, but after a quick follow-up, he found a way to fit me into his schedule. I'm always cautious about who I hire to do work at my home, but We Heart Junk came highly recommended, and they really came through for me! After finally spending time cleaning my yard and my garage, I was left with more junk than I expected, and much more than I could handle on my own. I called around, but We Heart Junk worked around my schedule and gave me a fair price that same day. (I'm still waiting on some of the other companies to call me with a quote.) These guys showed up right on time and ready to work. They were very professional, careful, and efficient.

Michael and his team did an amazing job at removing a hot tub that the previous homeowners left behind. He gave me the best price out of any company I called! Even though they had to cut it up to remove, he stayed true to the price he previously quoted me. They also left the area very clean! I would definitely recommend this company to get rid of bulky items! ☺️
