Had a red light ticket (right on red) in Manhattan. Knowing there is only guilty or not guilty in the TVB and no plea deals, I really hired Weiss to “kick the can down the road” and delay the guilty verdict. To my surprise, they were able to get the ticket dismissed. They were quick to respond during the process and handled everything. Highly recommend.

My personal experience with Weiss & Associates was a mixed bag. I had my one and only speeding ticket in 2023 that was gonna cost me 6 points on my license so I looked around and saw this company with great reviews. Booked them soon after and everything was great. Customer service was top notch and communication was A+. This case got pushed around a few years until today when I got my final verdict. I still ended up getting a speeding violation but instead of 6 points it was 4 points. With the excellent reviews and outcomes and this being my one and only speeding ticket I was expecting a better outcome. Maybe a hefty non moving violation or even a dismissal. So I will still be getting done by my car insurance in the long run and at the end of the day the two points that "saved" me from the driver responsibility fee mean nothing since the fee would have been the same price as the price I paid to hire this lawyer. So overall I would not recommend Weiss & Associates and would instead search around for the cheapest lawyer possible since the outcome will likely not be very different.
