So this place is actually inside of Loard's Ice cream, on the right side counter. I Love Love Love their sandwiches and drinks! Their bread and ingredients are so fresh. I tried the BttLA, Wentino, and the Weslo and I am addicted to their Thai Tea. They actually brew loose tea leaves for all their teas instead of powder or those cheap tea bags that some other places use. Their Viet coffee is pretty good as well as their ribena lemonade. Oh and there's a free parking lot!
