This place was absolutely amazing! The stylists are so sweet and make the atmosphere amazing. My friend was getting her hair done, and I decided to get a wash and blowout while waiting. Anna was so amazing, I wish I could go back but I do live in Nevada. I really recommend coming to this salon!

Sarah did an amazing job with my hair. I have dark brown virgin hair and was nervous to do anything other than a cut. I wanted a change and tried some lighter brown pieces in my hair. I am obsessed! She made me feel so comfortable with this and I will for sure be coming back! ❤️

From the initial consultation it was clear that her main goal is to communicate clearly about the vision I had for my hair color and style very thoroughly before starting anything. This is by far the best hair color experience I have had since beginning highlighting over 20 years ago. I had an absolute hair emergency while driving from North Carolina to Florida for a wedding, and I am so grateful I found West Coast Hair Salon! My hair had been seriously messed up at a salon in NC, and in a bit of a panic, I called West Coast Hair Salon to see if they could possibly take me as a last-minute walk-in. Ashley immediately stepped in and could not have been more kind, welcoming, and reassuring. She truly saved me!! Not only did she fix my hair, but she made it look even better than I could have imagined. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The entire salon was so friendly and accommodating—it made such a stressful situation turn into a really positive experience. I honestly wish they were in North Carolina so I could go back all the time! If you’re in the Jacksonville area, you are in the best hands at this salon and especially with Ashley. If you want your hair done perfectly I would definitely recommend getting your hair done by Halle at West Coast Hair Design. I trust her with everything she does with my hair which means a lot because I have so much hair and it’s my favorite thing about myself. She really brings everything you want to life and talks you through every process so you know exactly what your getting. I also love talking with her she’s just such a positive light in that salon and I can’t brag about her enough being my hairdresser!
