Absolutely loved that I didn’t even have to ask the technician to cover his shoes before walking in the house. I also really appreciated that they called to let us know they could squeeze us in earlier. The final price for inspection and relighting the pilot seemed overpriced to me but I’m new to the area so maybe that’s normal here in Solon. In Canton this would have been like $75. Anyhow, would definitely use them again. The technician was patient with all our questions and very informative.

WF Hann was very accommodating and responded to my call same day. No heat in the winter is stressful in and of itself but Keith, Dennis & team helped ease our worries faster than I could’ve imagined! A few days later, our furnace officially needed to be replaced (and we replaced our AC too while we were at it) and Tom and his team were phenomenal. They arrived right on the scheduled time and were very communicative throughout.

Highly recommend W.F. Hann & Sons and technician Martin Maver. Marty arrived right on time, was extremely friendly and professional, and took great care to keep everything clean while working. He performed regular maintenance on my HVAC system and also corrected an installation problem that had been causing issues. He clearly knew what he was doing, explained everything in a way that made sense, and didn’t rush through the job. It’s rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely cares about doing things right. Excellent service from start to finish. Pricing was fair and transparent, especially considering the level of expertise and thoroughness. The system is running better now, and I feel confident the work was done correctly. Excellent service all around.

Though my furnace is still not working, I have great confidence that they will be back today as they said with the part needed to complete repairs. Thankful for a company with staff always available for service, even 3:00 on New Years Day when it is 21F degrees with 8 inches of fresh drifting snow. My Carrier system has maintained 64 degrees with just lights and my stove running in this house for 24 hours and counting.

Ian and Chris arrived promptly at 8:00am to install the new furnace. They were courteous and professional. They completed the job before the house got cold. Ian explained the Ecobee thermostat and got me going online. I am very pleased.
