The worst experience I have ever had at any location. Oven wasn’t working, so no biscuits. Diet Dr. Pepper was out. My taquito, the tortilla was hard and the egg mixture was Tough. The lady at the front was super helpful and went out of her way. But everything else was terrible.

I normally don’t ever post reviews or anything ,but I gotta say this location has a great staff and not to mention I see the struggles they go through with horrible people who think they are 100% right. It’s a small location in a huge area. I’m also glad they are supporting transgender employees. I’m glad the employe who works the front counter has such great personality, and customer service with a smile. Thank you Zoe. Keep going.

The place is not too big but pretty empty as people mostly order takeouts. Food was not very good. I had Whataburger so many times to recognize when it doesn't taste great. It was good as of noise level. The service was fine. The staff were too busy to focus on one thing one customer, but they were friendly enough.

Najam (I believe that’s what his name tag said) and the rest of the team made my first experience AMAZING! I’m from California, always wanted to try Whataburger …. They were friendly, caring and knowledgeable for recommendations. The gentleman came to the table after to see how we liked the meal, found out it was my birthday lunch and got me a few surprises (seen in photos) as well as a dessert 🧁, the entire team sang me happy birthday! I love Texas ⭐️
