I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Whitt-Ross team! Gina, Kelsey, and Royana helped ensure that my wedding day was everything I dreamed of and more. The entire experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Gina's expertise is truly unmatched. Every single piece of advice she gave me proved to be spot-on. She was incredibly upfront about realistic costs, helped me understand what was worth investing in versus what wasn't, and whenever she expressed a concern about something, she was always absolutely right. Her guidance steered me in all the right directions throughout the entire planning process. As a majorly Type A bride, the greatest gift the Whitt-Ross team gave me was the ability to be fully present and enjoy every moment of my day. They handled everything so flawlessly! My wedding was truly the best day of my life, and I never expected to be the type of person to say that! I always wondered if all the planning and oodles of money would be worth it, but honestly, I wish I could do it all over again a million times. Even my husband, who initially thought having a lavish wedding was silly, admitted it was amazing in every way possible. Their services extend beyond the wedding day itself. Camille planned the details of our honeymoon and was incredibly responsive and helpful. She guided me through selecting the perfect hotel for our needs, provided excellent dinner recommendations and excursion suggestions, and even checked in with us the week before we left to see if we needed anything. From pre-wedding planning through the wedding day and into the honeymoon, Whitt-Ross truly handles it all. They are the best of the best, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a team that will make your dreams come true while allowing you to actually enjoy the day itself, look no further!

Absolutely the single best choice I made for our wedding weekend was working with Camille and Royana at Whitt Ross. They made wedding planning fun and seamless- I never felt stressed or worried about the big day which is saying a lot as we planned from out of state. They went above and beyond to help with details adjacent to the wedding (i.e., rehearsal dinner, mini-moon, etc) as no task was too big or small to enlist their help. I also appreciated their upfront, all inclusive pricing in regards to the event and enjoyed that things weren’t a constant add on. Our wedding day was perfect - an authentic and joyful event with all the right details to make it uniquely ours. Camille and Royana made this event possible and even made planning enjoyable. I’m sad to lose the excuse to chat with them regularly as we became fast friends. Whitt Ross will remain top of mind for any and all event or concierge needs in Austin and should be for you too.
