They've taken good care of my dog a few times. I'm very comfortable boarding there.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know what they might be walking into. I unfortunately had to leave a star, but if i could i would leave none. I have a friend who used to work at this kennel but has since moved to a different dog facility, and the things she told me were honestly disturbing. She shared multiple horror stories about dogs dying, animals being mistreated, and pets being kept in conditions that were far from clean or safe. She also described the owner treating the staff terribly, which never creates a good environment for the animals. The staff is not the problem here, they do their best with that they are given. After hearing what really goes on behind the scenes, I would never feel comfortable boarding my own dogs here. I would strongly recommend choosing a different facility. It’s cheap for a reason.

I took my dog in on a Saturday and was planning to pick him up before 1pm on Sunday based off the conversation I had with one of the girls up front. I called Sunday morning to make sure I could get my dog and they said I wasn't allowed to pick up before 4pm. So they charged me 91 dollars for two days. How is that even appropriate? I also gave clear instructions on my dogs food. They went though only half of what I gave and I wasn't even sure he was fed :/

Took three of our cats there while we were out of town. The staff was very friendly and sent us pictures and updates. The cat room is set up very nicely and the cats had a great view of the outside. We will definitely be using them again!

From the first time I kenneled Eva I knew That Wilderness Kennels would be her forever home away from home. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Henry is a top-notch trainer and the only change I would make is I wish i would have taken Eva to Henry to train her as a pup!!
