called ahead to drop off a computer. when I arrived they quoted me over 200 to wipe a computer and that it would take at minimum 2+ hours. I left after 3 minutes to a parking ticket. will go elsewhere since I've already wasted too much on this shop. don't call it within the hour if appointments are needed and it takes more than an hour.

Why say you are open 24 hours if you don't pick up the phone, open your door, or even post hours outside your shop? I was there at 6-7 am, and they were not open or answering their phone!
