We went to see Sweeny Todd over the weekend. What a wonderful experience to seen a live work of art. At affordable prices! I will definitely be attending more upcoming shows.

I came to the Wonder Theatre inside of the Wonderland of the America’s mall to watch a live performance of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. There is plenty of seating & the production value at this little venue is quite impressive for its age & size. The place is clean & has a local feel due to its smaller size & style, however, don’t let that fool you, this tiny performing arts center packs great live acts worthy of checking out!

Yesterday, my husband, son, and I attended Wonder Theater for the very first time, and it was an experience we will never forget. I purchased tickets to Sweeney Todd as a gift for my husband’s 30th birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best productions I have seen in quite some time. The performance was absolutely mesmerizing, captivating, thrilling, and full of energy from beginning to end. The singing, in particular, was so heartfelt and powerful that it gave us goosebumps. This was both my husband’s and our son’s very first theater show, and it left a lasting impression on them. My husband was overjoyed to finally experience a production of this caliber, and seeing the wonder in our son’s eyes made the evening even more meaningful. Thank you to the whole team at Wonder Theater for last nights show 👏🏽

Last night, my husband and I attended a comedy show at the Woodlawn Theatre. The theater is beautiful (newly renovated!) and the acoustics were great. There were two comedians from the East Coast who performed separately. Come to find out they were married to each other! They were both outstanding. Very very funny. There is a full-service bar with many attendants in the lobby. The drinks were good and prices very reasonable. We highly recommend attending this venue and we will definitely be back!

Super glad my wife and I got to check out this venue! We recently discovered it and saw 9 to 5 last night. I love how they transformed the Bijou Movie Theatre into a full-fledged stage for live productions! If you love live theatre and musicals, this is a fantastic venue. We’re already looking forward to future productions like Sister Act and The Sound of Music later this year!
