Great selection and friendly staff—special shoutout to Thelma! She was so helpful when I went in the other day to return some wet food I got for my cat that turned out to have expired. Not only did she swiftly processed a full refund for me even though I didn't have the receipt, she also contacted the manager to have her issue a gift card as an apology. Throughout the process she was super sincere and made me feel heard as a regular customer. I would definitely recommend talking to her if you need help with anything. This woman deserves recognition and a big raise!!

The store has good snacks, but I bought a "durable" toy here that my dog tore up in 5 minutes. Went back to the store and they said there is nothing they could do - no refund or replacement. I was annoyed but silent until we tried bark box . Our dog has aggressively chewed on their toys for a few weeks now and the toy's still intact, and they also actually offer replacements on toys.

Very nice people, as are people who shop there. Nice neighborhood also. My Chihuahua walked out with some new duds and all the fixings. I know the place is fairly new, but there's just a lot of potential there. I hope they really keep going with the concept of what real dog food should be. I fear just like us, the food is leading them to their graves. Makes me sick going to the chains! How many dogs do you know that like crackers (a few). I love my animals, they are living beings, and not lesser life forms, as is the perception of a lot of human beings. We force them into an unnatural, and unforgiving world, as we kill of the rest of them or some other torture practice that we fail to recognize. They deserve better lives.

This is a great tiny neighborhood store! They have my dog and cats favorite food. Friendly manager, and have a cute selection of pet accessories.
