I came to get a customized cake for me dog's birthday, (there are many pictures on the website of such) but now every location says the same thing when i come in. " We have a new baker who doesn't you customized cakes" they then offered me a $30 cake the size of a cup that you can't customize at all. Please fix your website to inform everyone you "no longer offer this service"your website is just lying at this point

I brung my dog here starting off they do not let you know that you need your rabies shot paper up front which could have saved me time. Uploading the rabies shot paperwork should be mandatory when booking online or if they see that it is not attached. They should call you way before your appointment to let you know to send it in. Next thing my dog's nails was clipped too close and he was nicked. Luckily they did stop the bleeding but I do prefer my dog's nails to be filed which it wasn't. It was just clipped. Other than that everyone there was nice despite all that happened.

I’ve been taking my two dogs to wolf gang for a couple years now. They always take care of them like their own. I also really appreciate that they have a window that I can see into while my pups are having their nails cut. I highly recommend wood gang! They’re amazing.
