Cost Plus World Market, Oakland. One of my favorite places to shopping has always been Cost Plus World Market, located in the heart of Jack London Square, Oakland. This place always surprises me with new stuff they have in store! Whether I’m looking for furnitures, snacks or new teas from around the world to try, this is the place to be! I was very surprised to find Hello Kitty and Friends, Sanrio, and Gudetama here!! I’m super excited to add this to my list! One of my favorite things to find here are Bon- Bon candies, it reminds me of high school days where they did fundraisers every year! Super nostalgic! 🥹✨ This location has been here since the late 1990s. This is one of my go-to places where I grab snacks for the movies around the corner. This place is a hidden gem!! 💎 Definitely will come back again!! 💕

Just received horrible customer service. I came in because the website wouldn’t let me complete a transaction. The cashier says that happens all the time. I waited in line and input my customer information which didn’t allow me to use the discount code. The terminal rang me in blind so I asked if my discount went through and she said yes. When I received my receipt and could see the actual charges—surprise—I didn’t get the discount. Had to wait in line again to have it fixed and the cashier said it was on me!?! And would I mind waiting so she could help the customers behind me. If you shop here look out to be scammed and disrespected. Not worth the grief.
