Dropped my favorite Hamilton and jammed its crown, walked in around 6 and walked out in less than 5 minutes with a fixed watch! And they didn’t even charge me for it. Highly recommended this place!

The best watch repair shop I have found in San Jose. They have technicians that in addition to replacing batteries can actually fix mechanical watches (including Swiss brands). Prices are very reasonable and battery changes and minor adjustments are performed while you wait. As a plus they offer complimentary coffee and water. Free off street parking is available. Don't go anywhere else.
