Shaun was a great technician! Fast, thorough and worked with my schedule (they are mobile and come to you). A rock hit my windshield on the highway and Safelite’s price was ridiculous, so I called Xtreme and they were half the price with great reviews. Would definitely use them again to fix my windshield!

I hired Xtreme Autoglass Pros to fix a passenger door on my car that was broken into, they were able to get someone out the same day but there were a couple things that didn’t go well. The service was done in my garage and it was a tight squeeze that initially I asked the employee do you need me to move the car and I did to make more room. Once I moved the car he open the door so fast that it hit my garage door wall and left a dent, that even if I painted over it still wouldn’t be fixed because of the dent and the car door was damaged and paint was scratched. This was completely preventable on his end and I would now need to pay hundreds more than what I paid for this service to fix both of these things. On top of this, when the window was replaced I came to check if everything was fine and asked if the window was functioning with the power button and he said yes. He proceeded to turn the car on and it didn’t work when he pushed the button. I would’ve rather he told me he didn’t check if it was working. He eventually fixed that issue within 5 minutes but had I not asked about it, it would’ve been another headache for me to deal with. I reached out to the shop the day of with screenshots and pictures of the incident with no response from them. I also called the next day and left a voice message with no response as well. I tried to handle the situation with the store but their refusal to even communicate about what happened after is appalling. You guys were so quick to pick up my call, respond to my texts when I needed a service so it’s funny to think yall are ghosting after you get the payment. There are dozens of stores in the area who could fix your windows, so please don’t waste your time and energy with this one
