I came here alone on a random saturday night just wanting something to eat. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, and i was completely blown away. The service was amazing, the staff was so welcoming, and attentive. I ordered myself the omakase and i was just mind blown, the way the rolls came out, it was such a beautiful presentation, I almost didnt want to eat it, but I'm so glad I did. every single roll was delicious. I can't wait to come back with loved ones and show them how great this place is.

We had the omakase here and it was absolutely fantastic. I also had a brief conversation with the chef, and it was clear how much attention to detail he puts into every element. The sushi rice was perfect — the texture was spot on, and the level of acidity was balanced just right, which made every piece shine. The uni was Santa Barbara uni, and it had that beautiful ocean aroma with a clean, rich finish. Overall, the quality of the ingredients, the precision in preparation, and the chef’s dedication made this a truly memorable omakase experience. I’d definitely love to come back.

Yoichi is the best thing to ever happen to Fort Worth! Chef Ian and his staff are so kind and so hard working, they are serving some of the best food I’ve ever had to this city and it’s an honor to be a part of/experience it.
