We came in 2 years ago for matching bracelets and we have been back 2x and they have repaired them(I’m hard on jewelry) and costumer service has been amazing all 3 times we’ve been in!! Highly recommend!!

Highly unsafe and irresponsible to be using piercing guns on people. I can tell none of your employees are trained in body piercing since y’all think piercing guns are okay to use instead of high quality piercing needles. Piercing guns cannot be properly sterilized and also cause damage to people since it is a sharpened earring back being shoved through the skin instead of a hole being created with an actual needle. Real body piercers have to fix piercing screw ups that people like y’all create all the time just because you think piercing is a quick cash grab. Learn to care about your clientele and only offer services you are trained in.
