This is my second time using Zerorez and they do not disappoint. The guys are always nice and accommodating and very professional. The quality of their cleaning is excellent. They really make my carpet look new and it really isn’t. I also can’t complain about the prices because they are affordable.

Absolutely would recommend this business! The carpet was in terrible condition from years of use. I wasn’t even expecting it to look this good, I was just hoping for some of the stains to come out, but to my surprise it looks great. You all did a really nice job!

I was left with a wet mess of totally soiled carpet and scratched floors and lots of wet overspray. I kindly asked the technician to come back inside my house to take a look at the mess that he left, but he just drove off after I also had to ask him to clean all of the blue color that rubbed off from his hoses and onto each of my front steps and the corner of my house - why are the hoses transferring a blue mess? Part of what I’m paying for is for my house to be left the way it was found. Cleaning up well after the job is very important. While my wall-to-wall carpeting is cleaner, the mess and floor damage that I was left with is very disappointing. I am especially disappointed that I am left with so much dirt in my bottom stair riser carpeting. It’s disgusting. It’s what I hired Zero-Rez to come out and clean for me! This was my second time using Zero-Rez. It will be hard for me to trust the Zero-Rez technicians the next time after today’s technician that wasn’t mindful, careful, or thorough.

The staff was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I was hoping for a better outcome than I could accomplish myself while it did save me the time of doing it myself high traffic areas looked similar as when I do that myself .

Excellent transaction! Technician, Shane, arrived 20 minutes early. He was professional and very likeable. The best part is that there was no bait & switch with my quoted pricing. The entire cleaning, including a living room, master bedroom and a long hallway, took just over an hour. Very little smell, and I was pleased with the results. See attached before and after photos. Will use this company again.
