Loved the membership until one of the rotating brushes caused thousands of dollars of damage to my car on 10/1/25. One of the brushes ripped off my collapsing mirror and caused 7 deep dents along the passenger side of my car and half way around the back. Zips has determined that they will take no responsibility for the damage even though an employee heard it and failed to stop the car wash after the first loud impact. Driver beware of this car wash. New offer to leave a review at the hand dry area. Troy was super nice. Did a great job drying my car and had a smile while he did it. Looking forward to more good service from this location. Sometimes it’s a miss, but I’m hopeful. Thanks for great service, Troy!

Second set of spinning blue pillars banged against my jeep so strong it broke off my charging port. They filed a claim for me onsite which was declined because in the fine print of the agreement it states they are not liable for damages to “antennas” and refused to answer after I explained this is not an antenna. **UPDATE: From the comment below you see they asked me to reach out for resolution, from the new image added you can see they simply referred me to file a claim through my insurance.

Good car wash! The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated that they offer free vacuum stations. After the wash, one of the staff members completed the drying by hand. My car came out spotless and shiny. I recommend!

This has been the worst car wash experience ever! The company has increased the prices But the services are horrible. The machine has damaged my vehicle leaving a long scratch on my car. After going through the machine my car is still dirty. Also, there is no one brushing off the dead bugs or stains off of the front bumper of the car. This company was so much better years ago. The owners do NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER’S car! WORST
