I’ve been boxing off and on for a long time in multiple cities, and 10 Hands has been by far my favorite place to box. First of all, the community is large and full of people who are interested in boxing and MMA but are also friendly folks. It’s also not dominated by a bunch of dudes, which is nice to see. The instructors are top-notch and willing to discuss technique, both in terms of offense and defense. Highly recommended for people who are looking to get fit, find community, and/or looking to learn combat sports.

Truly the best gym I’ve been to. The classes are well structured and challenging. I have made so much progress in the year I’ve been attending this gym. Randall really cares about teaching these classes.

If you want a clean, well equipped gym with supportive staff, awesome classes and fantastic exercise program variety, just stop in and join! I did it on a whim… the staff is dope, the classes are challenging and in spite of being out of shape, I never leave feeling like I haven’t accomplished something meaningful! Month 1: 10 pounds down and feeling stronger every day; yeah I’ll be coming back and bringing a friend!

10 Hands is one of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of visiting. There is a nice expansive yoga room. Heavy bags for training and a wonderful space to practice sparring in either boxing or kickboxing. I've learned a tremendous amount from every instructor. They are all friendly, accessible and truly dedicated to helping you become better. The community is wonderful, helpful and positive. This is a true gem (pun intended) in the fitness scene. Very grateful for all that they have given

Good Trainers, But the Owner Sets a Toxic Tone. The trainers put in work, they know the sport, and they push you to be better. That said, good coaching doesn't excuse the toxic and discriminatory culture being enabled and that responsibility starts at the top. I noticed I was treated differently than other members without reason. It wasn't about effort, performance, or attitude. It was clear that bias whether conscious or not was at play. The owner creates an environment where certain people are welcomed and supported, while others are made to feel like outsiders regardless of their dedication or potential. That's not just bad business; it's unacceptable. Boxing gyms should be places of strength, discipline, and growth for everyone. Until leadership changes their approach and takes accountability, this gym" continue to fall short of whatever it claims to stand for.
