Came in cuz I’m from outta town and the person who guided me was a gal from the front desk, Kristie. Beautiful personality and was very helpful in informing me where everything was. Thank you Kristie for your assistance and looking forward to coming back!

Redoing my review and adding an extra star after the showers finally got redone. It’s so much better in there now. The following are still outstanding in the locker room and pool area - hopefully there can be improvement in 2026: - The tiles in the locker room need to be replaced. It’s time guys. They are extremely worn and nasty and there is constantly dirt coming up from what seems like the ground underneath the gym. This is from the shower to the pool area. Someone needs to at least run a mop across the floor once a day. There was caked on dirt on the floor coming out of the showers. It’s nasty! - The new tiles around the whirlpool area look nice. The blue tiles around the rest of the pool area need to be replaced. Many of them are damaged and they look very bad. And if you guys can’t replace them then please clean them. They are very dirty and nasty. Just a wipe down would make the area look so much better. - The floor tiles in the pool area need to be power washed. - the bottom of the pool needs to be cleaned and probably resealed. There are what looks to be large clumps of dirt on the bottom of the pool - especially on the right side as you face the front of the gym. - the water pressure in the showers is truly insane. It cuts into your skin. There is no way to control the flow of water like before. The shower heads need to be changed out or the pressure somehow adjusted. I’ve heard several guys yelp in pain. Not good. I appreciate the little bit of extra progress here - it’s the only reason I’m keeping my membership for now. Please focus on these few extra areas. Y’all have the potential to become a usable gym again. And no need to direct me to put in a request through the app- y’all NEVER respond back so I won’t be wasting my time with that anymore.

I unfortunately joined for a year and decided to cancel after I noticed that the gym is unkept & very dirty. People don’t clean up after themselves. Gym needs a deep cleaning. Workout equipment is not updated. Cardio equipment is out of order and the hart monitors are out on most.

Since coming to the gym, the staff and personal trainers have been really welcoming and supportive. I signed up for personal training sessions, and have been working with Ray. His approach of making the most use of our time in-between reps is something I have not experienced before, and it has been so incredibly beneficial! He listened to my goals, has been very supportive, and actively listens and checks in. I am so thankful for his encouragement and also his sending me the workouts we did and pictures to go along with them, they really help when trying to think back about what we did. The machines have been pretty good and there are a wide variety for me to work with. The pool was a big reason of my choosing 24 hour fitness, and surprisingly it’s the thing I have been using the least, once I started to get familiar with the different machines. The pool is sometimes a bit crowded, but most of the time is perfect. The women’s locker room floors can be really slippery when wet. I wish there were some kind of traction mat or something, but that is it. As someone who has not been to the gym in years, and was a bit apprehensive about joining, I am so glad I am here!

Seeking out a new start to a healthy me and I’m thankful I stopped by 24 Hour Fitness at the Hancock Center. It’s has an old school feel when you walk in. Daniel the sales manager was great! He assisted me while taking me on a tour of the facility. He was attentive to my questions regarding membership, and even gave me a run down of their training that’s offered.
