I booked an appointment with Miss Daisy to get Botox and fillers. This is my first time being at this place and she was so nice and explained to me what it is and where it should be on my face and what is the outcome and everything she did a wonderful job it made a difference instantly in a couple weeks I would even see more difference. She’s very professional and she tells you detail of everything that you need to know before you decided to have the service so I want to thank Miss Daisy for taking care of me and I can’t wait to see her back in a couple months. I do recommend this place. They’re super nice. They will take care of you Yvette.

I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie for my microblading! She was very easy to communicate with when scheduling and responded quickly to my questions. I came to Daisy as a patient first time ever getting injections. I wanted to do minimal facial balancing with mild nasolabial fold filler and lip filler hoping to get as natural results as possible. I had high hopes with how daisy explained everything, I was also very nervous since this was my first time. She was initially very reassuring and stated if I didn’t like it, “we could just dissolve it. No big deal.” I spent $1633 on tox and fillers. 1/2 syringe on my lips and 1/2 syringe on each side of my nasolabial folds. The consultation took a lot longer than expected, I had an important call that day. The consultation took much longer than expected. Daisy told me “you can’t reschedule?” I tried. She kept insisting it will only take 20 minutes. It’s going be done so fast, and insisted I continue with the fillers since “I already drew them up.” This put me between a rock and a hard place so I was essentially forced to take my call while getting the injections with a hopeful surrender to the moment attitude. The fact that Daisy gave me grief in that she already drew up the fillers and was not willing to be flexible should have been my first red flag. I rushed out of there to continue my call. Upon arriving home, I noticed zero difference in my nasolabial folds, which was disheartening. It looked like I just got lip filler. I sent her a message with pictures explaining that I didn’t see any noticeable difference at all in my nasolabial folds and I had taken before and after pictures that only showed noticeable change in the lips. I sent her a message super late, not expecting to hear back until the morning. She called me at 11pm seemingly frustrated asking me what it is that I wanted. I told her I am not satisfied with the nasolabial fold results, that I spent over $600 that I cannot justify the injections around the nasolabial folds. She told me it was such a minimal amount that was injected and that I probably needed more filler. I initially was also concerned with the lips as they looked like they went over the lip line on my bottom lip. She assured me it was just swelling and that would subside over time. The following day, I noticed that not only did the filler in my nasolabial folds not make a difference (see photos), the side there weren’t any wrinkles now had wrinkles!! I told her I was not satisfied with the nasolabial folds and inquired about a refund. She told me not only does she not do refunds, she charges $150 for dissolver. I googled it, and most reputable places will do dissolver for unsatisfied results or adverse effects for free. She assured me it’s just swelling and so I agreed to wait. After the days of swelling passed, I got frustrated because the wrinkles were becoming more defined. I immediately booked an appointment in hopes of getting it dissolved in order to avoid any further damage. My car would not start, so I messaged her that my car wasn’t starting thirty minutes before the appointment. Upon sorting out my car, she calls me in the midst of all of that and tells me she didn’t get my text and not only does she refuse to dissolve the filler for three weeks, she is charging me $100 for a no show fee after knowing my car isn’t working. I tell her I don’t have the emotional bandwidth to deal you while I’m trying to sort out my car. She then tells me she will wave the $100 no show fee if I sign an NDA. Massive red flag. Finally got my car to the shop. And upon getting home, I’m beyond livid. You can take that no show fee out of the $150 tip I gave you. She has zero regard for her patients. She has zero compassion. She just wants your money. If you’re unhappy with the result? GOOD LUCK. She does not care if you don’t like your results. I spent $1600, and she was absolutely awful. Stay FAR FAR away. I will gladly eat the $1600 to keep other people away from this woman. Get filler and services elsewhere. She’s NOT it. Update - expressing the nature of the call and what was said in it speaks volumes to your professionalism or lack thereof.
