Not a very reliable shop in my experience. I went to get my transmission fixed, after a few days I was told it was “temporarily”fixed & that it could give out tomorrow or 2 years. It gave out in a month LMAO. I called my mechanic friend and he tore the transmission apart, put it back together and fixed the issue, car’s been running since. You’d think they could fix a transmission based off their business name. I also paid them over $1000 lmao

I took my vehicle to AAMCO on Camp Bowie by the traffic circle. This is the second time I have taken my truck to these guys. Robbie and Jeramiah were fantastic both times I've been there. They addressed all my issues and concerns and have gained my trust and my business from now on. I highly recommend them and I must brag on the work they have done both times my vehicle has been there. Even though it cost me the money I've spent....It was WELL WORTH every penny I have spent. Kuddos to Aamco Transmission on Camp Bowie! I referred a friend of mine to them, after having her car checked out, elsewhere, and was told her Transmission needed to be replaced. After she took her car to Mgr Robbie, for a second opinion, he revealed to her that her issue, was NOT a Transmission problem. After completing a minor engine performance problem, her issue was resolved! This kind of integrity & honesty, is NOT, found regularly, in the automotive repair industry, these days. Highly recommend Aamco Transmission on Camp Bowie in FTW!
