Pretty unprofessional and doesn’t care. I might be that the family who owns it just sold their dealer group and doesn’t care about anything any more. Had to follow up 4 times for a quote, took about 3 weeks to get. They are uninterested to ppf a 4x6 flat panel that is newly wrapped with vinyl next door. When they told me they walked up with the largest entitlement I have ever seen. I think they should really start valuing their customers and employees instead of themself.

I went in with my mom and dad and there was another lady there just not with us, anywho I gave the man my phone number quietly, he then 15 minutes later repeated the number aloud so everyone could hear, how rude! What's even worse! The lady called me who was at the shop. Omg! That was so not cool.

I took my car to Kustom Concepts to fix a dashcam install from another business. They fixed it but what was most appreciated was the amount of time Dylan spent trying to get the phone app to connect to the dashcam. It wasn’t straightforward and he spent a lot of time and patience before finally making a successful connection. He could have just sent me on my way because it wasn’t their install but he didn’t. Autobahn Porsche recommended them and so do I.
