I joined the gym in 2016, my first impression was the friendly environment. I initially was signing in for Muay Thai, but instead I stuck to KM. I like to see families ( parents and their children) participating in all the different activities and events. I enjoy family fight nights/ potluck's and salsa contests. Overall, ASD it's a great place to train self defense disciplines in a friendly atmosphere.
