Vicky was very kind, professional, and attentive while taking care of the resident’s wound. She took the time to explain the process, made sure the resident was comfortable, and handled everything with great care. Her patience and compassionate approach made the experience much easier for the resident. We truly appreciate her support and the quality of care she provided.
