I absolutely love Aer Pilates in South Austin! From day one, Jen the owner has been so warm and personable, and that energy carries through to every instructor and classmate I’ve met. It truly feels like a community, not just a place to work out. The small class sizes and hands on assists make such a difference. I always feel confident that I’m doing movements correctly, which has helped me make real progress in my practice. You’re not just another membership here. They genuinely care about your growth and experience. I also started taking aerial silks classes, which initially felt a little intimidating, but have quickly become something I look forward to. They challenge me both mentally and physically in the best way. I also really appreciate the intentional and educational workshops they offer that tie back to overall health. What’s happened since has been amazing. I’ve gained a lot of for strength in my core and upper body. Very thankful that I met Jenn and her crew.
