Unreal work. I took a dropped laptop here expecting an autopsy report and a plan for data recovery, but they had me up and running in a few days even with their crazy volume of calls and repairs. If I could give these guys 6 out of 5 stars, I would. I've bought my computer from them, had the same computer repaired by them, and sent friends and clients to them. Simply put - they are an amazing LOCAL company that beats BestBuy/any one else ANY time for any computer issues. They are timely, and have directed me to cost saving solutions for purchase and fixes and they are great people too. Excellent customer service. I'm in IT, and I sometimes just don't have the time to research and issue and fix it myself, and they have resources I don't without googling, and it's at the best price they can get for me. Thank you for you Lexi and Price (said in the correct order;) Thank you guys! PS Yes I chastise "Panda" for getting on my keyboard
