Colin was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to provide great service. I have an older phone a Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the repairs. I got the front and back of my phone repaired. I also got a new screen protector and case with a warranty. It was so easy, I highly recommend 10/10.

This is the best place I have ever been for a cellphone repair! Calan was extremely helpful and did beyond his job to make this experience the best. I was distraught when founding out I may have lost my memories on my phone due to me not having a backup so knowing that it was a fix that would give me back my phone and keep everything that I had was a miracle I wasn't expecting. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I live here and I can't say enough good things to all my friends and family about this buisness. This time service was done at Bell Isle location. I started in Edmond. They diagnosed my issue, didn't have the part. OKC did. So went the 20 minutes to OKC. Everyone at all 3 locations ive been to are always so nice and helpful. (I've been to Norman before and it applies to them as well) My cell phone company said that it must be some moisture, the humidity or some dirt, and theyd be happy to upgrade my phone. Nope, it was a bad charging port, diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. Cannot recommend CPR enough. Worth the drive and the (I felt) reasonable cost to have my phone fixed. Thank you! Ps.. the photo is a screenshot of the message that appeared on my Samsung phone. It is a default message, regardless of the issue. Unless you want to just upgrade your phone, have CPR diagnosed the issue first before going to your cell phone store, they cant do much anyway. It may be fixable!

I went to CPR when AT&T couldn't tell me what was wrong with my phone. It turned off while I was using it and would not come back on. I work in healthcare and desperately needed my phone fixed asap. Keaton identified the issue immediately and within 30-45 minutes he had it back working perfectly. He was so nice and helpful and explained everything to me in detail. Very grateful for his help!
