They refused to let my husband use his preventative insurance in conjunction with recommended treatment after he already paid $200 and then "forgot" to call me back after being on hold for a weekend. In my experience as a dental assistant and insurance coordinator, this was not handled correctly. My husband is extremely distressed at having to find a new dentist after paying for treatments after his initial exam and desperately wanted routine maintenance and established care. I never actually got to speak to a clinician (doctor or hygienist). I understand having to make money but not at the expense of a patients trust and comfort. I am super disappointed and embarrassed to have recommended my husband here.
