Very happy with the service. They did a great job sealing up gap and holes where rodents could enter as well as setting traps. There follow up is excellent as well as there communication. Everyone we interacted with was very professional.

The alley cat crew was highly professional, very kind and thorough. From inspection to communication to physical work, I deeply appreciate the rat abatement work they did in my garage. Don’t hesitate to use this crew. This was the most pleasant work with a contractor of any sort I’ve had in the last 25 years of home ownership. Thank you, AC! 12/11 update, though I was initially super impressed with this company my admiration has been replaced with disappointment. Technicians all are kind and seem to know what they are doing. I’ve needed follow up service (to be expected) Office is difficult to get a hold of. Tech did not arrive within the two hour window, though I had received a message two hours before I left the house to say technician was in their way. After two and a half hours of waiting with no message and no one picking up calls in the office I left my house. Communication could use significant improvement.

Jose and his team were wonderful! He showed me what they were going to do and showed me all they did when they were done. It was pricey, but from what I can tell, they did a very thorough job. I would recommend Alley Cat to anyone with a rat problem!

Called Alley Car after hearing scratching in my attic for weeks and I honestly wish id called sooner. They walked me through exactly where the rats were getting in and even showed pictures so I understood what was going on. The traps were set up neatly, they sealed entry points and came back for a follow up without needing me to remind them. It feels great to have a quiet and peaceful house again.
