I had the loveliest experience with Alts in Union Square who squeezed me in last minute to alter my wedding dress. I travelled from Ireland so back to plan. Ben and whole team were really helpful and such a delight to deal with. They really care about what they do and go above and beyond . The studio is also beautiful and carefully kept. 10 | 10 - would recommend.

Incredible customer service, and quality work! I needed a simple seam re-sewn on a high quality leather coat, and Ben had it fixed in literally two minutes. I found Alts through TikTok when I needed a last-minute sweater repair before an event. I brought it in with a loose thread, and even in the middle of the holiday rush, Luba fixed it quickly and perfectly. There was nnonoticeable damage at all. Really glad I went with them.
