Amber Flooring has terrific crews doing sanding and coating. Our floors hadn't been refinished in 30 years and the outstanding workers went above and beyond to make sure all was done extremely well. Both the maple and red oak floors were handled carefully and look beautiful.

After 25 years of heavy use, the floors in our house needed refinishing. Amber flooring's work is fabulous. The workers are courteous, professional and very helpful. And I cannot praise sufficiently the workmanship in mending parts of the floor where a doorway was moved or the general repairs that were required. We came home to what felt like a new refreshed house. I highly recommend Amber flooring.

Read the fine print! I was generally happy with Amber Flooring's replacement of my tile kitchen floor with hardwood flooring. Until I replaced my refrigerator, and learned that they did not do the entire job, and instead cut a jagged and unfinished strip just underneath my old refrigerator and did not replace the entire floor. When I asked them for help, they claimed that their contract provision - which said they were "not responsible" for moving appliances -- justified this ridiculous work. I then received snotty emails from them about this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their product, and failed to take any responsibility for a shoddy job.

Start to finish, a great experience! Our floors had more than 15 years of wear and tear and, thanks to Amber, may actually look better now than they did when they were new. Everyone who worked at the house was incredibly pleasant and professional to deal with and took great care to make sure that the job was well done. The color specialists were remarkable not just in their ability to match the existing stain, but for their patience in achieving it. Saul in particular was outstanding to work with. Highly recommended!

We have used Amber Flooring twice and have been extremely happy in both cases. They are responsive, reasonable, and CLEAN! Twice they have refinished floors for us and left essentially no dust. The second time they also installed a new hardwood floor and the work was excellent. They do the work on time, are responsive to questions, and reasonably priced. I will use them again and am happy to recommend them!
