Be cautious purchasing warranties because if the company gets bought out it makes your warranty null and void on their end. Stopped by to see why the warranty company (guardian) was having issues contacting them to find out American Freight was bought out and there was nothing American Freight can do since they are under new ownership... purchased furniture from here because what beats a 5 year warranty that covers everything, so the salesman claims...well except being bought out .. excuse me while I start to lose my mind as my infant cries because my seat won't rock anymore due to damage that was supposed to be fixed or replaced under the warranty, which is why we chose here to purchase our furniture when we bought our home...

Jerry was phenomenal! Absolutely amazing customer service. Jerry, your smile brightens the room! Answered all of our questions, including the technical bits. Even had jokes! 😂 Made us feel right at home. Genuine personality from the heart. We WILL be back. Btw, Rich was great too! 😉

Stay away from this place unless you really need financing. Purchased a bed that cannot support a person laying on it. Assembled it exactly following the instructions on the manual, slats were breaking and splitting. I was told on multiple occasions they would send someone out to see what the issue was. The first time they never showed up or called, The second time They hadn’t arrived by the time window promised, when I called they were just heading my way two hours after the promised time. 2 1/2 weeks later still having to deal with this is unacceptable.

Not sure how they haven’t sold out of everything with these prices! Big thanks to Arcadio for his very professional and helpful service! He was patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get multiple pieces for my home well under the budget I had set. They have even arranged delivery and will assist with setup. I will be returning to purchase more pieces for my guest room soon!
