I had a great experience at the lab when I went in to have my blood drawn. Everything was clean, efficient, and professional. I especially want to give a big shout-out to the young woman at the front desk—she was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. She was friendly, patient, and clearly knew what she was doing, which helped ease any nerves I had. It’s not often you find someone so welcoming and helpful right at the front—she really set the tone for a smooth visit. Highly recommend this lab, and I hope they know what a gem they have at the front desk!
