Extremely disappointed with the waxing service my girlfriend received, they burnt her upper lip not properly using wax. She was very sad and crying given that this was her go to place and they messed up her face right before our trip to Puerto Rico.

This place burned my upper lip when I got it waxed. Would not recommend they do not have enough support on education of products/ingredients that would cause burning to the skin! I’m very upset
