My boyfriend and I recently stopped going to our usual car wash. It was only $40 but honestly it was always a half done job. We wanted someone more detailed and mobile who actually takes pride in their work. He found Auto Detailers Pros and got his car done first. When he came home, I was shocked. I have never seen his car that clean before. It literally looked like he just drove it off the dealership lot. That is when I knew I had to book next. And let me be real, do not judge me. I had not cleaned my car in about four months. It was bad. Dog hair, dirt, everything. It was honestly embarrassing. But the way he brought my car back to life was insane. The attention to detail is on another level. From the deep interior clean, getting into every crack and vent, removing all the dog hair, to making the exterior look glossy and smooth like glass, he really did his thing. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work and is not just rushing through it. He even took the time to explain everything he did, did not charge for small extras, and made sure everything was done right. My car looks, feels, and even smells brand new. If you are tired of quick, basic washes and want someone who actually details your car, this is who you go to. No question. I will 100 percent be booking again.

*UPDATE: This business is UNLICENSED on Bureau of Automotive Repairs* I paid Serge $100 for a professional windshield scratch repair. I was very clear about my expectations before handing over any money, and he explicitly agreed that the scratch would be at least 50% improved. What did I get for my $100? He didn't remove a single scratch. He simply wiped the window with a clay bar. That’s it. He charged me $100 for a wash. When I pointed out that the scratches were completely unchanged, he didn't offer to fix his mistake—instead, he demanded that I go out and spend my own money on additional materials (cerium oxide and a pad) and bring them back to him. So not only did I pay him for a job he didn't do, he wanted me to bankroll my own "repair" while he stood there and watched. The worst part is the dishonesty. When I returned, he refused to touch the car, claiming the job was "complete." He then resorted to gaslighting me. He tried to claim that the scratch was actually on the inside of the glass, pointing to the same picture I had sent him before I ever drove to his shop. This proves he was looking for excuses from the very beginning. He took my money for a service he never intended to perform. This isn't incompetence; it's a calculated scam. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to pay for nothing and be lied to.

Serge did a great job detailing my Mazda. The interior was really dirty and had dog hair everywhere but he got it looking super clean again. The carpets, seats and trunk all came out great and the car smells fresh now. Really happy with the work!! He even cleaned the inside of engine! Will book again.
