If you want to better yourself as a boxer, or just get in shape and change your life, this is the place. You can train next to real fighters, and work with some of the best coaches in California. Eddie is a legend and an amazing person, and everyone there is like a family. Ive trained at a dozen combat sports gyms and this is my favorite one by far.

I booked my class through ClassPass. First time and I enjoyed it very much. It’s a great workout and stress relief method. People are friendly. Instructor is helpful. I feel it would be more helpful for beginner if you have a one on one practice with someone who had boxing experience. And bring your own gloves.
